MCC Land focus its business as a real estate developer and also in providing engineering services in Singapore. They have developed many landmark buildings in Singapore, which includes Universal Studios at Resort World Sentosa. Since 2010, they have developed a total of more than 6000 residential units in Singapore. Some of their more notable projects include The Poiz Residence, Queens Peak and The Santorini.
